    WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE LIKING SUGARY FOOD?

    It becomes addictive because it acts like a drug.
    It does not fill you up which makes you want more.
    Makes you woke.
    Makes you put on weight.
    Your teeth go rotten.
    It cheaper than healthy food.
    Easy to access. A lot more of it.
    It is sweet.
    Because your brain releases chemicals when you eat sugar.
    Too much sugar can give you cancer and Herat desires.

    The wight stuff known as sugar is sucrose, a molecule compost of 12 atoms of carbon, and11atoms of oxygen. Frites have natural sugar.

    Types of foods with high amounts of sugar: fruit loops, soft drinks, candy, dry fruits, cookies, cakes, pies, jam, syrup all of them foods they are all bad for your body and you.

    Kids are supposed to have a maximum of 4 teaspoons of sugar a day, women are supposed to have a maximum of 6 teaspoons of sugar a day, men are allowed 9 teaspoons of sugar per day.
